This 20-minute session is an opportunity for us to connect, build rapport, and discuss your current situation, plans, and future goals. Together, we will begin to set meaningful goals and explore how Redefined Wellness Co can support your journey. My mission is to provide education, personalized planning, encouragement, and aid in your healing journey every step of the way- because your health and wellness are worth it.

Initial Visit
Empower yourself to achieve optimal well-being. Initial consultations include a 60 minute virtual visit after completion of a thorough intake assessment. This helps me get to know you, your health history, and your current circumstances. This rate does not include any diagnostic testing that may be recommended during our visit. Future & Additional follow up visits to be scheduled as desired.

General Visit / Follow up

General visit includes a (up to) 45 minute virtual visit to re-evaluate, review labs and follow up on treatment plans, develop new goals, discuss progress, etc. This rate does not include any additional diagnostics that may be recommended during our visit.
